VIP Support

VIP

Priority support that grows with your VIP level.

How VIP levels work

You earn XP by playing. Every 1 wagered in real money is 1 XP. Bonus funds do not earn XP.

There are six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Obsidian. Your level sets your weekly cashback rate and how quickly we get to you.

Weekly cashback by level

Bronze 10 percent on smaller losses, 5 percent above
Silver 12 percent on smaller losses, 7 percent above
Gold 15 percent on smaller losses, 10 percent above
Platinum 17 percent on smaller losses, 12 percent above
Diamond 20 percent on smaller losses, 15 percent above
Obsidian 20 percent on smaller losses, 15 percent above

Cashback is paid every Monday on your net losses from the previous week. It is paid as cash, with no wagering requirement, so you can withdraw it straight away.

To qualify in a given week you need a minimum net loss and at least 20 settled bets. High risk games are excluded from the calculation.
